Animal Control

The Angleton Police Department Animal Control is located at 535 South Anderson. The Animal control facility is open to the public, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm. Staff may not be on hand at the facility so if you want to visit the facility you should first try to contact them at 979-849-9550 or 979-849-2383 to make sure someone is available.

Angleton Animal Control has a pet adoption program! They often have a nice selection of small, medium, and large dogs, plus a variety of cats and kittens that they would like to offer for adoption into good homes.

According to Texas State law, all animals adopted from Animal Control must be spayed or neutered and given all required shots and vaccinations. To see some of the animals we have you can go to Pet Finders and view some of the pets. Also you can speed the adoption process up and download an application form online.
